📋 Terms & Conditions

1. Transaction Validity: Valid transactions are made exclusively through the official website www.waringinhospitality.com by selecting the Top Spender program.
   
   
2. Winner Selection: The guest with the highest accumulated room expenditure (Top Spender) during each program period will be declared the winner.
   
   
3. Contact Accuracy: Guests must provide a valid and active WhatsApp number and email address during the booking process.
   
   
4. Repeat Winners: Winners from previous periods are ineligible to win in subsequent periods.
   
   
5. Participant Eligibility: This program is open exclusively to legal Indonesian citizens (WNI) residing within the Republic of Indonesia.
   
   
6. Winner Announcement & Notification: Winners will be contacted officially by the Waringin Hospitality team via official communication/email and announced on the official Instagram account @waringin.hospitality.
   
   
7. Social Media Requirement: Participants must follow the official Instagram account @waringin.hospitality and the Instagram account of the hotel unit where they stayed.
   
   
8. Prize Collection: Prizes must be collected in person at the Waringin Hospitality Head Office in Jakarta. If represented by a proxy, an official power of attorney with a valid stamp duty (meterai) and supporting IDs must be presented.
   
   
9. Prize Policy: Prizes cannot be cashed out, exchanged for other items, or transferred (except in accordance with applicable policies).
   
   
10. Exclusions (Employee Restriction): This program is NOT OPEN to employees of Waringin Hospitality Hotel Group (both head office and all hotel units) and their immediate family members.
    
    
11. Management Decision: All decisions made by the judges and management are final, binding, and uncontestable.
    
    
12. Policy Amendments: Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice and will be updated via official channels.
